Do I need to be home when you clean?
Not usually. Provided we have safe access to the areas requiring cleaning, you don't normally need to be present. Payments are collected securely using GoCardless.
What happens if it rains after my clean?
Light rain doesn't usually affect professional pure water cleaning. If you're not entirely satisfied with the standard of our work, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to inspect it and put right any genuine workmanship issues free of charge.
